Whether your child was recently diagnosed with celiac disease or you’ve experienced conflict with the gluten-free diet in a learning environment, this training seminar and video provides a step-by-step guide for parents or guardians of children with celiac disease to plan for a safe year in a learning environment. The course will cover reasonable expectations for setting up accommodations and processes for building a plan that allows every child to fully participate in all learning activities.

- Describe at least two ways a parent/guardian can educate a learning environment on managing a gluten-free diet.
- Name three reasonable accommodations for a child with celiac disease at school or learning environment-sponsored activities.
